Our Founder and President, John Grisak, first became aware of the need for the services of Fix My Roof, Inc. while working as a Residential Insurance Adjuster throughout the State of New Mexico. Two facts quickly made themselves known, which have since resulted in the formation of our Corporate & Community Mission. The first fact was that New Mexico desperately needed a Leak-Free Solution for the flat, southwest style of architecture; this fact resulted in the Fix My Roof Policy to always provide “A Better Roof at a Better price”! The second fact was that customer service and maintenance schedules were all but non-existent in the roofing industry; this fact resulted in the creation of our signature 10-Year Care & Maintenance Plan, which was designed to permit homeowners to “Never Worry About the Roof Again.” Our Care & Maintenance Plan is included – at NO extra cost – with each of our Leak-Free Roofs.
